DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, a remodeling franchise with locations nationwide, has consistently high franchisee satisfaction, according to a survey conducted by Franchise Business Review.

Franchise Business Review surveyed DreamMaker franchisees in July, asking franchisees how they felt about training and support, the franchise system, leadership, core values, the franchisee community, the financial opportunity, their own performance and their general satisfaction. In every category, DreamMaker met or exceeded franchise industry benchmarks — in some cases, significantly.

For instance, FBR’s Franchisee Satisfaction Index shows that DreamMaker franchisees rate the company’s leadership 24% higher than average, are 22% more likely to believe in the company’s core values and give 14% higher marks to the franchisee community.

“We are selective about who we choose as franchisees, and we are blessed to have great ones who are committed to providing world-class service to customers and providing inspired leadership to their teams,” President Doug Dwyer says. “We’re pleased to see that they are as happy working with us as we are to be working with them.”

Dwyer said he was particularly proud that satisfaction remained high despite the recent Great Recession, which was a very challenging time for the remodeling industry. DreamMaker worked with franchisees to help them adjust to the huge housing market disruption and strengthened systems to enhance support. As the economy has rebounded, those systems have helped DreamMaker franchisees enjoy strong growth.

DreamMaker’s average franchise revenue grew 23% in 2013, about seven times faster than the remodeling industry overall.

“We have just renewed our contract with DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen corporate because we are very pleased with the entire organization,” one franchisee wrote in her survey. “Doug Dwyer and his team are people of integrity who communicate well with us, provide excellent training opportunities and ongoing coaching. We definitely receive our money’s worth as a franchisee. Corporate encourages a synergy that is world class. We are very blessed with our relationship and with what DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen brings to the table in way of systems, vendors, and again training.”
