The Norris team has excelled by adhering to the company's systems and values, consistently increasing their long list of delighted clients verified by their Guild Quality reports. Their involvement in various committees and commitment to system implementation, including recruiting the right people and developing a consistent Company Culture, has set them apart.
Additionally, DreamMaker of Aiken received this year's Judges' Excellence Award for Residential Bathroom Remodeling Projects within the $70,001 to $100,000 value category. This award recognized their exceptional master bathroom remodel, which transformed a dark, cramped space into a bright, spacious, and aging-in-place friendly bathroom.
DreamMaker of Aiken also received the prestigious Cornerstone recognition, awarded to franchisees demonstrating excellence in stewardship by meeting benchmarks in sales volume, net profit, system implementation, and adherence to the Code of Values.
