The evaluation process for the STAR Awards is known for its rigor. Mystery shoppers posing as potential franchisees contact franchises by telephone and through online inquiries. More than 90 brands participated, and each franchise was evaluated on criteria such as online inquiry follow-up, social media performance, and overall franchisee satisfaction. Brands registered by August 11 received a complimentary Mystery Shopping assessment, qualifying them for these prestigious awards.
