DreamMaker Franchise’s Teresa Ridlehuber now Certified Franchise Executive
DreamMaker franchise’s leadership team members recognized by International Franchise Association for their expertise
Teresa Ridlehuber, who has served DreamMaker franchise owners for nearly 20 years as a member of the headquarters team in Waco, TX, has been recognized as a Certified Franchise Executive by the International Franchise Association.
Ridlehuber completed a comprehensive study in franchise management offered by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, which is the academic brand of the IFA’s Education Foundation. The institute’s mission is to enhance the professionalism of the franchising industry by certifying that franchise professionals meet the highest levels of training and education.
DreamMaker executives Doug Dwyer, Amy Mosley and Jamie Brooks also are certified franchise executives.

Teresa, who serves as paralegal and corporate administrator for DreamMaker, makes us a stronger franchise system in a number of ways. For those of us in the corporate office, she helps maintain contracts, trademarks and intellectual property, and aids the president of the company.
Franchisees directly benefit from her help with supporting training events and general support. She plays a crucial role in the success of our Next Level program. The program brings together groups of franchisees who carefully analyze each other’s businesses to help find opportunities to become more efficient and more profitable and to get more enjoyment from the business. For the program to work, it’s important to pull together all of the numbers that drive a franchisee’s business, as well as marketing plans and other operational details, and put it into a format that other franchisees can quickly process. Teresa helps build two inch-thick dossiers outlining the key aspects of a business for franchisees who are about to be analyzed by their peers. The organized report, with its rich level of detail, provides the pulse of the franchisee’s business so that peers can diagnose the business and make recommendations.
Her organizational and problem solving skills are amazing assets for DreamMaker and its franchisees. But her heart is even better. She loves seeing franchisees succeed, and that core value is at the center of the way she approaches her job.
